This year, we’re embracing a season of refocus and recuperation.
After many years of growing together, 2025 is a chance to slow down, deepen our roots, and build the long-term sustainability of Activate Tree Planting. We’re running a smaller series of intimate, meaningful events to give us space to reconnect—with each other, the land, and our shared purpose.
We’d love to have you along for one, or all, of these meaningful gatherings. Each event is a little different, but all are filled with purpose, people power, and a whole lot of heart.
Together, we plant the future, one seed, one story, one step at a time.

Children’s Tree Planting

Time: 9am – 2pm
Location: Wellington Square
A playful and magical day for the little ones! Join us for a special morning of tree planting, connecting children to nature and giving back to the Boorloo boodja (Perth land) that sustains our families.

Activate Saplings
Location: Chittering
Date: 20–22 June
A nourishing weekend for young people and the young-at-heart to connect with land, community, and self. A great introduction to the Activate vibe for first-timers and a gentle return for seasoned planters.
Activate Baskerville
Date: 28–29 June
Join us for an intimate weekend of planting in the beautiful Swan Valley. This weekend is all about getting your hands in the earth, dancing under the stars, and connecting with community and Country. We’ll be planting 10,000 native seedlings together, restoring the land and celebrating with a full line-up of live music, DJs, and hands-on workshops.

Activate Esperance
Date: 5–7 July
A special gathering on the south coast, reconnect with Country and community while contributing to long-term land care in this unique landscape.
Activate Great Southern
